Want a Henderson holiday meal without planning the menu at home? Green Valley Ranch has two very different dining dates coming up: Borracha’s Day of the Dead taco offer runs Oct. 30–Nov. 2, and Bottiglia is serving Thanksgiving dinner on Nov. 26. One is a short-run taco-and-margarita special; the other is a reserved holiday meal with turkey or prime rib. Here are the listed details and where to confirm them before you go.
At a glance
Borracha brings tacos and mariachi for Día de los MuertosBorracha Mexican Cantina is offering a $25 special from Friday, Oct. 30, through Monday, Nov. 2. The listed tray includes three chicken or steak tacos with a classic margarita, making it a compact option for friends who want dinner and a seasonal drink.
The event continues on Nov. 2 with two scheduled additions: a Cointreau sampling from 5 to 7 p.m. and live mariachi music from 6 to 8 p.m. If you want to time your visit around the music, call ahead to check seating and availability.
Borracha is also listing a Drinksgiving offer for Wednesday, Nov. 25: $5 margaritas and a $39 platter of 12 tacos, with a choice of chicken, steak or a mix. A DJ is scheduled from 7 to 9 p.m. The restaurant’s November event announcement has the full schedule; verify the offer terms with Borracha before ordering.

Bottiglia sets a Thanksgiving table
Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca plans to serve Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday, Nov. 26, from noon to 8 p.m. The listed price is $85 per person, with a choice between a traditional turkey platter and slow-roasted prime rib.
The turkey plate includes white and dark meat, stuffing, cranberry, mashed potatoes and green beans. The prime rib comes with rosemary au jus and creamy horseradish. A pumpkin pie dessert with vanilla gelato and whipped cream is listed to finish the meal.
Guests can choose a starter of butternut squash soup with spiced crème fraîche and fried sage, or a cranberry and walnut salad with baby gem lettuce, goat cheese, apple and cranberry vinaigrette. Bottiglia’s holiday announcement lists the menu and service window. Ask whether reservations are required and whether tax, gratuity or other fees are additional. The published prices are a starting point; confirm the final charge with the restaurant.
Bottiglia also has a separate Drinksgiving dinner on Nov. 25. Its $45 family-style Friends Feast is listed with vodka-covered pasta, truffle fries and Caesar salad, plus bottomless beer and wine. That gathering is a different event from Thanksgiving Day, so make sure you select the right date when booking.
What to confirm before making plans
Both restaurants are inside Green Valley Ranch at 2300 Paseo Verde Parkway. Their offers are distinct, but one practical detail applies to both: prices and event conditions can change. The resort’s dining promotions page and the restaurants’ own websites are useful places to recheck the latest details.
For households deciding between a casual night out and a holiday meal, the calendar offers both. Borracha’s short promotion lands around Halloween and Día de los Muertos, while Bottiglia’s Thanksgiving service gives diners a full meal with traditional sides and an alternate prime rib entrée.
Choose the occasion first, then confirm the remaining details directly with the restaurant. That helps avoid confusing Borracha’s Nov. 25 taco platter with its Oct. 30–Nov. 2 special—or Bottiglia’s Friends Feast with its Thanksgiving menu. The published information gives Henderson diners a useful starting point; a direct reservation or call will confirm what is available for your party. |

If you're going for the Cointreau sampling, it starts an hour before the mariachi. Might be worth getting there before 6.
Green Valley Ranch is close enough for us, but $85 per person at Bottiglia adds up fast. I'd want to see the full menu first.
Robert EllisSame here. Turkey or prime rib sounds nice, but I'd want to know what sides and dessert come with that price.
The Nov. 25 taco platter might work better for a group than a big Thanksgiving dinner. Twelve tacos for $39 is worth a look.
Is Bottiglia's $85 Thanksgiving meal a set menu, or are there sides to choose from? That makes a difference for our family.
I like that the mariachi is on Nov. 2, but two hours is a pretty small window. I'd check seating before heading over.
Good call, mariachi is scheduled for Nov. 2 from 6 to 8 p.m., and we’d recommend calling Borracha ahead to check seating and availability.
Dave ThompsonGood call. I'd aim for 6 since the sampling starts earlier, but I wouldn't count on a table without checking first.
The $25 taco tray sounds like a decent dinner deal. Does anyone know if you can choose a mix of chicken and steak?
