Henderson City Council approved a plan for approximately 390 affordable apartments near Inspirada, with design reviews and permitting still ahead.
One of the region’s most visible housing questions is how to add lower-cost options in a fast-growing part of the valley.
The council decision nevertheless gives Henderson a new housing story to watch. As the South Valley grows, the project will show how the city balances new residential capacity with infrastructure, affordability, and the everyday needs of nearby neighborhoods. Read More... |

A longtime Henderson restaurant space is getting an East Coast-inspired refresh. The Delmont plans to move into the former Tuscany Grill at 11105 S. Eastern Ave., bringing an Italian American bistro, a wood-fired oven, a lively bar, and gaming to the address. Here’s what the restaurant has shared so far, what diners can expect from the early menu, and what remains unknown before opening.
Its proposed menu gives a clearer sense of the food than the broad “Italian American” label alone. The posted selections include brick-oven pizzas, a Philly cheesesteak, chicken Francese, and linguine with clams. The house pizza pairs pepperoni with ricotta and hot honey.
The restaurant describes its atmosphere as casually upscale, with a lively bar, cocktails, gaming, and a wood-fired oven. Read More... |
