We teach martial arts to families in Henderson to guide our members to live their best life! Our kids martial arts programs is available for ages 3 through 12 with emphasis on Taekwondo, life skills, bully prevention, self defense and fitness. Our teens and adult martial arts programs offer ages 13 and up include Goal Setting, Structured and safe Self Defense and Fitness System and in a great family, friendly atmosphere.
