Lana L. Dawood, MD

Growing up in Baghdad, Iraq, Dr. Lana Dawood became passionate about medicine after seeing those around her affected by living in a war zone. Now, as a family medicine physician, Dr. Dawood's mission is to care for everyone. At Intermountain Health, she is a family medicine provider and specializes in senior care. While she sees a diverse range of patients, she especially enjoys caring for older patients. She believes being a provider is not about doing whatever a patient wants, but about caring for patients and always being there for them.
